Returns and Exchanges

There will be no refunds for any reason.

Every product you buy from comes with a one year limited warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by, which may be replaced (at our sole discretion). We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at or call (747) 224-0241 with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For information and replacements, please download the warranty card and fill out in its entirety. Include proof of purchase and product and we will promptly replace your damaged item. Our warranty covers all defects and damages up to one year; however it does not cover customer satisfaction.
